Chapter President Chavez welcomes 112 players, half of them active duty soldiers from Fort Bragg who were treated by chapter members to play in the tournament as a way of thanking them for their service and sacrifices.

President Chavez thanked all the tournament sponsors and donors for their loyalty and support.

Finally, President Chavez recognized and thanked Tammy Beshlin the Tournament Director for her personal initiative and hard work that made the event possible.
