The Annual ROTC Scholarship Awards Luncheon will be held at the Smith Lake Conference Center, Fort Bragg starting at 1130 hours. The Cape Fear Chapter will be awarding eight scholarships to deserving ROTC/JROTC cadets.

Colonel K. Chad Mixon, Fort Bragg Garrison Commander has graciously accepted our invitation to be our guest speaker and assist in the presentation of scholarships. Colonel Mixon was commissioned a second lieutenant through ROTC at Campbell University in the year 2000.

All chapter members and their guests are invited to attend and celebrate this annual event, the fruition of their generous financial contributions to the chapter’s ROTC Scholarships Program Fund. The granting of financial assistance to these remarkable young men and women to complete their college education and earn an officer’s commission in one of our nation’s Armed Forces is an investment in our country’s future beyond measure.
