Cadet Javier Fuentes, Air Force JROTC, a senior at E.E. Smith High School, Fayetteville was the recipient of the 2020 Bill Dadek Memorial Scholarship ($2,200.00). Cadet Fuentes will continue his studies at East Carolina University in the Fall.
